This scared me as a kid. Reminds me of the ratings narrators that came on afterwards. 1994 to 2006 had that fucking creepy movie ratings narrarator. "Friends"-watching "bro"-hating shitstain.

No I'm talking the narrarator for the movie ratings intro from 1994 to 2006. Sorry I didn't clarify. The promo shown in this video got me ready for that. This is a different guy though. He doesn't scare me, but hearing him sends chills down my spine. Now he wasn't as creepy from 1994 to 2000. But starting in 2000 to 2006 he got creepy. The big R in the 1997 one was creepy.
That guy 1) most likely is white, 2) was probably a segregationist racist, 3) hates the word "bro" and hates Hispanics--Nuyoricans therefore, 4) probably also was a Devil-worshipping Pagan. That narrarator sounded fucking evil especially starting in 2000. The big R logo is creepy enough. And the R logo from 2002 to 2006. It could be a horror/mental-driven thriller.
